
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week 2026
Many of the young people we support have experienced what it feels like to be without it. Without safety. Without belonging. Without people who show up for them consistently.
Our work is about rebuilding that. One relationship at a time. One consistent adult. One environment where a young person knows they are not alone.
Mental health does not improve in isolation. It improves when people feel safe, connected, and part of something bigger than themselves.
Because every young person deserves to feel they belong somewhere.
