


This week, we’re focusing on supporting the wellbeing of our young people and encouraging simple, meaningful activities that are good for the mind.
We have created a Children’s Mental Health Week information poster and activity booklet filled with ideas, coping strategies, creative tasks, and places to reach out to for support. These resources are designed to help young people explore their feelings, build confidence, and practise positive mental health habits in a safe and accessible way.
Taking care of our mental wellbeing is just as important as looking after our physical health — and we’re proud to provide tools that help our young people feel supported, empowered, and heard. 💛🌈
