We are a Supported Living Provision, who aims to support young people in starting their new life as they transition from Residential Childrens home to Independent Living. We are a flexible service, designed around young people to develop skills, build confidence and ensure sustainability for the future.

We specialise in providing a combination of up to 24-hour shared, or 1-1 placements supported by a comprehensive and professional team, the age group of our young people is between the ages of 16-18 years of age.

We offer both short- and long-term support, including emergency placements. Staffing levels and how this support is delivered will depend on the specific support needs of the young people using the service, but all young people should be at a stage in their lives to show they are ready for independence with support.

Our aim is to ensure that each young person’s supported living experience is individually tailored, positive and highly advantageous to the young person’s identified needs.

We will provide high quality care in a warm, compassionate, and nurturing environment, where the individuals feel safe, secure, and most importantly, they feel wanted and valued.

We will seek to promote the well-being of the individuals by providing personal growth and development, where positive relationships are built on mutual respect, trust and understanding.

We focus on the core values of being non-judgmental, providing care and empathy.

We recognise that to offer an outstanding service, the needs of the individual must lie at the heart of everything we do.
